AMAZING ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRIES
Всего-68 часов, по 2 часа в неделю для каждого класса

1.Пояснительная записка
Учебная программа «Amazing English Speaking Countries» разработана для учащихся 11 классов естественно-математического направления (имеющих уровень владения английским языком B2) по обновленному содержанию в соответствии с Государственным общеобязательным стандартом общего среднего образования, утвержденным приказом Министра образования и науки Республики Казахстан на 2019-2020 учебный год, Инструктивно – методического письма на 2019-2020 учебный год и приказа №105 МОН РК от 7 марта 2019 года, согласно типового учебного плана (обновленного содержания) из гимназического – лицейского компонента.
В современном мире возникает огромная потребность не только в изучении языков, в частности английского языка, но и в умении правильно оценивать ситуацию на мировой политической арене и в экономической среде. Обществу нужны грамотные и умеющие анализировать кадры, ведь в век высоких технологий, человек, который способен быстро реагировать на часто меняющиеся тенденции обретет колоссальный спрос на рынке труда. Именно об этом, при внедрении обновленного содержания образования говорил Н.А. Назарбаев: «Особенность завтрашнего дня в том, что именно конкурентоспособность человека, а не наличие минеральных ресурсов, становится фактором успеха нации. Поэтому любому казахстанцу, как и нации в целом, необходимо обладать набором качеств, достойных XXI века. И среди безусловных предпосылок этого выступают такие факторы, как компьютерная грамотность, знание иностранных языков, культурная открытость».
Что же влияет на формирование разносторонне развитой личности? Однозначно привитие различных интересов ребенку со школьной скамьи. Обучаясь в школе естественно-научного направления на уроках английского языка учащиеся изучают и обсуждают различные темы, но все же больше касающиеся новых технологий и современных высоко -технологичных процессов, а так же существует меж предметная связь с такими учебными предметами как биология, география, химия, но отсутствуют темы посвященные изучению англоязычных стран, что в последствии может отрицательно сказаться на результатах абитуриентов при сдаче ЕНТ, ведь в заданиях ЕНТ очень часто встречаются вопросы по страноведению.
Но не только эта проблема явилась причиной для создания данной программы. Изучая культуру, историю и политический строй англоязычных стран, учащиеся обретают дополнительные знания, которые несомненно повлияют на их общую эрудицию и творческий потенциал, ведь они будут обладать обширными знаниями в различных областях и смогут наладить межкультурную связь, что является неотъемлемой частью межнационального общения.
Цели обучения:
Развитие коммуникативных компетенций, а именно речевой, социокультурной, учебно-познавательной и языковой;
Развитие речевой компетенции основных видов речевой деятельности (говорения, аудирования, чтения, письма);
Развитие социокультурной компетенции через изучение учащимися истории, культуры и традиций англоязычных стран.
Развитие учебно-познавательной компетенции – через развитие общих и специальных учебных умений; ознакомление с различными способами и приемами самостоятельного изучения языков и культур, в том числе с использованием ICT;
Развитие речевой компетенции происходит посредством овладения знаний в различных сферах и применения их на практических занятиях.
Освоение базовых знаний об англоязычных странах дает ученикам возможность приобщения к культуре этих стран и дальнейшей мотивации к изучению языка, а также обогащения своего коммуникативного опыта, эрудиции, общей речевой культуры.
2. Констатирующая часть
Основными принципами содержательной части является наличие познавательного материала для всестороннего развития и возможность применения на практике полученных знаний, а так же развитие способностей к анализу и оценке происходящего в современном мире через призму исторических событий изучаемых стран, что признается навыком мышления высшего порядка по таксономии Блума, чья теория о классификации и систематизации сложноорганизованных областей деятельности, имеющих иерархическое строение взята за основу обновленного содержания образования. Приоритетными пунктами в данной программе являются:
– обогащение лексического запаса;
– расширение общекультурных знаний;
– использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий;
– наличие практических и творческих заданий;
– наличие поискового метода (выполнение заданий, требующих поиска и использования дополнительного материала, при создании постеров и презентаций)
– развитие мотивации у учащихся;
– развитие критического мышления посредством самостоятельных (создание и защита проектов) и групповых работ, а именно при использовании такого вида учебной и речевой деятельности, как дебаты.
– подготовка к выпускным и вступительным экзаменам;
– современная подача материала, взятого из оригинальных источников англоязычных стран;
-систематический контроль знаний.
3. Нормативная часть
Программа рассчитана на учащихся 11 классов (уровень владения языком В2), 2 часа в неделю. Всего 68 часов.

Информационно-методическая часть
Изучение лицейского курса «Amazing English Speaking Countries» является дополнением к основному курсу английского языка и позволяет учащимся совершенствовать умения и навыки для формирования коммуникативной компетенции на уровне эффективного общения в реальных жизненных ситуациях.
В конце курса учащиеся должны знать и понимать:
– географическое положение стран изучаемого языка;
– основные исторические даты, факты и события;
– культурное наследие изучаемых англоязычных стран;
– политическую систему.
К концу курса ученики должны уметь:
– использовать новую лексику в разговорной и деловой речи;
– использовать приобретенные коммуникативные навыки;
– составлять кластеры;
– разрабатывать и представлять постеры и проекты на заданную тему;
– добывать необходимую дополнительную информацию;
– анализировать и давать оценку историческим событиям;
– доказывать свою точку зрения и чувствовать себя уверенно при участии в дебатах;
– анализировать и делать выводы;
При изучении курса учащиеся выполняют творческие задания, работают с дополнительной литературой и обучаются навыкам проведения и участия в современном, но недостаточно развитым направлением в нашей стране – дебатах, что положительно скажется на формировании ораторского мастерства ученика.
На протяжении всего курса ученики вовлекаются в формативное оценивание, так как курс является элективным и конечным результатом их учебной деятельности является «зачет»
Данное оценивание является механизмом для получения обратной связи, которая нужна учителю для совершенствования преподавания, а также для формирования мотивации исследовательской деятельности учащихся. Ученики активно вовлекаются в процесс построения учебных целей, что в последствии влияет на понимание как самого курса, так и ожидаемого результата после окончания курса, что в свою очередь помогает ученикам осознавать образовательные стандарты и будущие образовательные потребности. В конце каждого раздела ученики проходят тестирование, куда включены вопросы по пройденному материалу и тем самым определяют свои достижения и возможно недочеты, что в свою очередь так же помогает учителю отслеживать достоинства и недостатки в предоставляемом учебном материале.
Учащиеся вовлечены в процесс самооценивания и взаимооценивания, а также рефлексии. В конце курса учащимся предоставляется возможность написать эссе, где они могут выразить свое мнение о содержании программы, ее достоинствах и выразить свои пожелания. Данный вид деятельности помогает ученикам осмыслить были ли достигнуты образовательные цели, поставленные в начале курса. В итоге учитель получает рефлексивный анализ своей деятельности.
